About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at One Stop, a subsidiary of Tesco. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves our store satisfied and eager to return.
Job Description:
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with colleagues to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment, including restocking shelves, processing payments, and performing routine tasks as needed.
- Take ownership of your work, identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and implementing changes to enhance the shopping experience.
- Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs, while maintaining a positive and inclusive store culture.
Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is £22,500 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
