We are seeking a highly skilled Onsite IT Technician to join our team in providing exceptional customer support and technical assistance.
About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading company operating at the forefront of their industry, offering a premium IT support service. As an Onsite IT Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and providing expert advice on new technologies.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide face-to-face IT support to users, ensuring efficient resolution of technical queries and issues.
- Install, move, and de-install hardware as required, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to personal hardware, software, and systems.
- Test system and application changes, prepare scripts, and ensure smooth deployment in MS Windows 10 and MS Office 365 environments.
- Manage small projects related to new hardware or software installation, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
- Install software patches and updates using MS SCCM, maintaining the integrity and security of our IT infrastructure.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a technical ICT environment, preferably in a manufacturing-based organization.
- General end-user technology knowledge, including End User Workspace platforms and Microsoft platforms (Active Directory, Office, SCCM).
- Familiarity with ITSM Tool Sets (Ticket Management Software) is preferred.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken, with proficiency in Italian language also desirable.
- A competitive salary of approximately $65,000 per annum, paid in 14 installments, along with meal vouchers.
