We are looking for an experienced New Business Developer to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers to grow our business through targeted marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in end-user facing sales, with a proven track record of success in pipeline management and negotiation. You will also have strong digital selling skills, pricing strategy expertise, and a deep understanding of customer planning strategies.
In this role, you will work closely with our Sales Development Manager to develop and manage new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of market insights and customer needs to drive growth and revenue. You will also collaborate with our Key Account Managers to identify and pursue new business opportunities, as well as with Distributor Account Managers and Channel partners to build relationships with prospective end-customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Leverage Business Intelligence/Market Insights to develop pipeline and target customers to drive market penetration.
- Partner with Sales Development Manager to turn qualified leads into revenue, generating new business.
- Develop and manage new business quickly for hand off to Key Account Managers to nurture and expand the business.
- Collaborate with Distributor Account Managers and Channel partners to initiate/build relationship with prospective end-customers.
**What We Need From You:**
- Previous professional experience in end-user facing selling (hunting) of Large end-users.
- Functional Skills: in-depth digital selling, pricing strategy, expert in pipeline management.
- Competencies: expert in negotiation, reasonable customer planning strategy, business acumen.
- Mindsets: Demonstrate agility adapting to new situations quickly, relationship-oriented, resiliency, proactivity.
**Salary and Benefits:**
We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, pension plan, and paid time off. Additionally, we offer opportunities for professional growth and development, including training and mentorship programs.
**Location:**
This role is based in Turin, Italy, and can be performed remotely. However, occasional travel may be required to attend meetings and conferences.
