We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager for Soccer Operations to spearhead our expansion into Rome.

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager for Soccer Operations, you will be responsible for bringing our brand and business to life in Rome, creating a network of passionate entrepreneurs who share our vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and lead a small team of professionals to establish and manage operations in Rome.
  • Identify and secure prime locations at football venues to host our games.
  • Develop and execute creative sales and marketing strategies to attract customers and grow our user base.
  • Oversee game schedules, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and performance. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and shape the future of soccer operations in Europe.
