Glovo, a fast-growing multi-category app connecting millions of users with businesses and couriers, is seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Manager to lead a high-performing team of sales executives driving business growth for small and medium enterprises.

Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of €80,000 - €100,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as an enticing equity plan, top-notch private health insurance, and a range of benefits including extra time off, remote work options, and enhanced parental leave.

Job Description

The main focus of this role is to foster a collaborative and performing culture that consistently achieves and surpasses ambitious sales targets while maintaining a healthy balance between career and skills development.

  • Drive, inspire, and develop the sales team to meet and exceed targets according to the business strategy
  • Create and pursue the long-term strategy for acquiring S&M partners across various regions
  • Analyze metrics and KPIs through Salesforce to enhance team efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Enhance team skills through training and mentorship, fostering teamwork, providing regular feedback, and promoting continuous improvement
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A solid experience (5+ years) in fast-paced environments (startup, investment banking, top consulting firms, or top tech companies)
  • Relevant experience leading cross-functional teams with 4+ members
  • A data-driven mentality, taking decisions based on data and using good business judgment when necessary
  • Persuasiveness, selling value to customers/partners and the Glovo platform
  • Good judgment, assertiveness, and ownership of mistakes
  • Curiosity and desire to acquire deep understanding on new topics
  • Ability to find smart and elegant solutions to complex challenges
  • Agility in ambiguous environments
  • Respect, kindness, and fairness as a manager and leader
