**About the Role:**
At Check Point Software Technologies Ltd., we're seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Growth Manager to drive revenue expansion by fostering strong relationships with key clients. This pivotal position requires a skilled professional who can identify and capitalize on opportunities within major accounts, providing tailored security solutions from our comprehensive portfolio.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Strategic Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with C-level executives to ensure consistent growth within major accounts.
- **Sales Performance Optimization**: Set and pursue ambitious sales targets, driving revenue growth through effective negotiation of contract terms and commercial proposals.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and meet client needs.
**Requirements:**
- 8+ years of experience managing major accounts within the IT industry, driving revenue growth.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently engage with C-level executives.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success.
**Compensation and Benefits:** We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $150,000.
