About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Leader to join our team at Essity. As an Operations Leader, you will play a vital role in the planning, execution, and monitoring of impactful projects across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the project management team to define project objectives, develop plans, and establish timelines.
  • Assist in creating and revising project plans, ensuring they align with available resources, scope, and time constraints.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying deviations from schedules, and recommending corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Manage project resources and budgets by allocating personnel, materials, and equipment efficiently.
  • Handle project documentation and meetings, preparing reports, managing key discussions, and ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication, resolve issues, and maintain alignment across departments throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience, ideally in a production environment.
  • A degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related disciplines.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
