Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be part of our Customer Engagement team, specializing in system development and IT transformation projects for Customer Relationship Management (CRM). You will work in Italy and/or abroad for large companies in various sectors, including Telco, Media, Energy&Utilities, and Manufacturing, in technologically advanced and stimulating work environments. You will be part of well-structured teams and collaborate with experienced professionals who will accelerate your professional growth in an ongoing training and development context.

· Guide clients in defining Salesforce solutions that meet their needs, participating in their digital transformation and/or deep innovation by designing the most suitable architectures for their needs

· Analyze user requirements to verify their technical feasibility and/or propose the best technical solutions to meet client requests

· Lead the design of complex Salesforce solutions using the best practices for the use of the product standard, and, based on previous experience, coordinate the development team with responsibility for specific project streams

· Guide pre-sales and bidding activities

· Support the Functional Analysts and/or Process Analysts in Gap Analysis

· Implement and distribute new features and develop integrations with other systems, participating in projects with Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies

· Support Project Managers in estimating and planning project activities

· Complete your Salesforce skills with a targeted certification plan

· Care for the professional growth of less experienced resources

Required Skills

At least 4 years of experience as a Solution Architect in CRM projects based on the Salesforce platform, with activities such as:

Designing system architectures

Technical leadership in complex projects

Knowledge of main Salesforce clouds (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud)

Writing technical documentation

Supporting Configuration Management and deployment management

Transforming business requirements into Salesforce features

A plus is knowledge of Salesforce Industries clouds

Additional certifications in the Salesforce path, particularly Salesforce Application Architect and Salesforce System Architect, are a plus

Complete the Profile

-Additional Salesforce certifications related to the Administrator, Developer, or Consultant paths, such as Platform Developer II, Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, Marketing Cloud Developer, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Field Service Consultant, and/or other Salesforce apps

-Knowledge of other object-oriented programming languages, such as Java/J2EE, and/or front-end development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS), and/or main front-end frameworks (Jquery, Bootstrap, AngularJS)

-Experience in projects managed in Agile (preferably Scrum) with team coordination and/or project streams

-Previous experience in Gap Analysis and/or technical feasibility verification and related effort estimation for development activities

-Excellent relational and communication skills, predisposition to teamwork, and resource management

-Excellent analytical and organizational skills, and result-oriented attitude

-Positive attitude, initiative, and flexibility

-Predisposition to teamwork

-Excellent knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written

Location: Milano, Torino, Roma, Napoli.
