Job Description

Synergie Italia S.p.a., a multinational French company leading the Human Resources sector for over 50 years and recognized as a key player in the labor market in 16 countries worldwide, is seeking a highly skilled professional to join its ICT Department in Turin.

We are looking for a talented ICT Solution Technical Architect to support our team in designing, implementing, and governing the interactions between systems, technologies, and cloud services that make up our company's digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Governance Architecture: Collaborate with the application area (analysts and PMs) to collect and define project requirements and validate high-level and detailed technical documentation necessary for project implementation.
  • Design Solutions: Supervise the development of technological solutions commissioned to external providers and IT providers from an architectural and security perspective.
  • Application Modernization: Analyze the enterprise application park used by business users, defining a modernization program for cloud-first applications to leverage new cloud technologies.
  • Journey to Cloud: Contribute to the consolidation of the process of massive infrastructure migration to the cloud (Azure).
  • Azure Cloud Solution: Manage activities related to configuring and migrating services to Azure cloud and testing the resulting environments. Generate technical documentation for the procedures designed.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze current applications in terms of performance, study proposed configurations, monitor performance (RAM, CPU, DATABASE), and propose end-to-end solutions (network, client, server, firewall).
  • Standardization & Best Practice Improvement: Establish standards and best practices for software solution development, promoting Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Solutions Architect or Software Architect.
  • Proven experience in software development.
  • Knowledge of main architectural patterns and best practices in software development (Clean Code, eXtreme Programming, TDD,...).
  • Optional experience on projects adopting Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
  • Approach to best practices in DevSecOps (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery).
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, Java, Python.
  • Knowledge of web frameworks such as Angular, React, Vue.js.
  • Knowledge of API models SOAP (XML) and REST (JSON).
  • Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
What We Offer
  • Indefinite contract.
  • Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
  • Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
