About the Role

Alight Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to support our sales leaders in evaluating sales performance, identifying opportunities for optimization, and driving business growth. As a key member of our Sales Operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality analysis, reporting, and metrics to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales leaders in evaluating sales performance against goals and identifying opportunities for optimization
  • Develop and maintain scalable mechanisms to support business and program operations processes
  • Provide reporting and dashboards to enable informed business decisions and improvement readiness
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, HR, and sales operations, to identify and address reporting issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations
  • Experience defining, refining, and implementing processes, procedures, and policies
  • Financial, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-changing and evolving role
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including extensive knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to work in a lean, fast-paced organization and a desire to own and refine key operational processes
