Key Responsibilities:
Design software systems for our fold and napkin machinery within the Detailed Engineering Department.
Program and manage software updates and improvements (PLC, panels, motion control).
Collaborate with other functions involved in the manufacturing process and external suppliers to execute projects.
Interact with customers to solve and assist their requests and needs.
Prepare reports and documentation about machinery software and work progress.
Be involved in machine startups and tests, both in-house and on clients' sites if needed.
Apply technical solutions for safety according to regulatory standards.

Requirements:
Master's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, or similar.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
PLC programming knowledge (Siemens/Rockwell preferred), LAD, Human-Machine Interface (HMI), Safety, drive, and axis control.
General knowledge about mechanical and fluidic systems is a plus.
Proficiency in Ms Office.
Experience with C and Visual Basic.
Fluency in English and Italian.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Accuracy and precision.
Team working.
Willingness to travel.
