About the Role

We are currently looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee operations at our headquarters, reporting directly to the Head of Production.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing personnel and directing production processes within your department, with a focus on achieving key performance indicators related to productivity, quality, material efficiency, injury prevention, and overall health and safety.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and coordinating production teams (blue-collar workers) within your department, supported by Team Leaders, to meet departmental goals related to productivity, quality, material efficiency, injury prevention, and health and safety;
- Providing daily support to Team Leaders in their activities, given your hierarchical responsibility over the workforce;
- Exercising disciplinary leadership over production staff in your department;
- Organizing workforce into teams and managing reorganization in the absence of Team Leaders;
- Conducting daily meetings with Team Leaders to align on production matters, including activity planning, information sharing, and problem-solving;
- Maintaining awareness and knowledge of production flows, processes, and products; company policies and procedures; risks associated with activities, equipment, and tools used in your department; health management programs; and ideas management initiatives;
- Managing personnel by defining roles, activities, and objectives within your teams; establishing timelines and activity flows; and fostering employee development in terms of skills and competencies.
About You
- Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical/scientific field;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive, manufacturing, or industrial sectors;
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian and German is a plus;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Excellent organizational abilities;
- Team-oriented mindset.
