Agricultural Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to expand our agricultural product portfolio in the former CIS countries. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with distributors, managing customer accounts, and generating product demand.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and dealer networks in the assigned territory.
- Establish professional relationships with customers and industry professionals in the agricultural sector.
- Organize and supervise field trials, promotional activities, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives in collaboration with the distributors and marketing team.
- Set and achieve sales budgets and objectives.
- Deliver training sessions for first-level distributor staff on HAS Technology and solutions.
- Collect market information on dealers, retail locations, growers, prices, and agronomic trends.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in selling agricultural products, preferably biotechnology.
- Detailed knowledge of common agronomic crops and production practices.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply scientific concepts and become an expert on our product portfolio.
- Fluency in English and Russian language, with a Russian passport.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present detailed product information and technical concepts to various audiences.
- Well-organized and self-motivated individual with flexibility and adaptability.
- Proficient in basic computer programs, such as Microsoft Office.
- Will to travel abroad.
