Job Purpose

The role is responsible for driving the implementation of the Continuous Improvement Program, focusing on identifying and executing site-specific projects that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with the Head of Process Improvement, Plant Director, and project teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase operational performance in terms of quality, sustainability, safety, output, and cost reduction.
  2. Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and implement CI methodologies and tools, and facilitate the diffusion of skills, competences, and knowledge within the organization.
  3. Collect and analyze industrial performance data to identify best practices and implement internal improvement actions, and contribute to the creation and management of the continuous improvement dashboard.
  4. Support the development of functional areas and facilitate communication and training activities, and ensure the knowledge diffusion of necessary IT tools.

Requirements

  1. Master of Science or equivalent degree in Engineering.
  2. Fluency in Italian and English is a must.
  3. High level of autonomy, proactivity, and engagement.
  4. Team orientation and good relational skills.
