Stiamo cercando un Data Architecto dinamico e motivato per guidare il cambiamento e supportare la nostra evoluzione verso un'organizzazione guidata dai dati.

**Mansioni principali**

  • Collaborare a stretto contatto con i leader di business domain per trasformare le esigenze in soluzioni dati efficaci.
  • Progettare modelli dati all'avanguardia per iniziative strategiche aziendali.
  • Lavorare in tandem con i data engineer per assicurare l'implementazione ottimale dei modelli.
  • Essere il punto di riferimento per le best practices nella gestione dei dati.

**Requisiti**

  • Una solida formazione in Informatica o esperienza equivalente (ingegneria, matematica, computer science).
  • Esperienza comprovata nel design di modelli dati e nella conoscenza di database sia relazionali che non.
  • Abilità nell'elaborazione di grandi volumi di dati e nella progettazione di architetture dati scalabili.
  • Eccellenti doti comunicative e capacità di lavorare in team.
  • Un forte orientamento ai risultati e spiccate capacità di problem solving.
  • Conoscenza dei principi di governance dei dati e delle normative sulla privacy.
  • Fluente in inglese, con un plus per la conoscenza del tedesco.
