Fitness Manager

Crunch Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Manager to join our team. As a Fitness Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our members receive the highest quality of service and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in achieving financial targets for the club
- Lead, motivate, and supervise employees to ensure excellent customer service
- Implement and support company programs and promotions to generate new sales leads
- Ensure that all club facilities and equipment are maintained to the highest standards
- Monitor and report on club performance, including revenue and sales
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and membership growth
Requirements:
- 4-year college degree preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
