Purpose of Position

The aim is to ensure the consistent and informed management of purchasing activities and related administrative processes to cover the absence of a colleague on maternity leave.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Purchasing of materials for the office
  2. Administration
  3. Back-office activities: Contracts lifecycle management and data entry, Statistics and reporting preparation, PowerPoint presentations
  4. Front-office activities: Negotiations of certain packaging materials, Indirect services and products scouting and buying

We estimate the salary for this position to be around €45,000-€60,000 per year, based on industry standards and the company's growth prospects.
