About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Procurement Lead to join our team at IRCA Group. This role will be responsible for overseeing indirect procurement, including facilities management, logistics, freight, IT, warehousing, and other categories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing methodologies and partnering strategies across business functions.
  • Design and manage supplier programs that result in cost savings, process improvements, and risk mitigation.
  • Analyze total procurement spend to ensure overall effectiveness and efficiency of spend.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Drive the strategy and yearly planning for the procurement department.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in purchasing roles in international companies.
  • Advanced knowledge of supply chain management, sourcing, and procurement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
