Job Description

We are seeking a driven and determined individual to work as a Medical Sales Representative within the therapy area of Respiratory for our client, a leading European pharmaceutical company based in Parma, Italy. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, excellent knowledge of the respiratory disease therapy area, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximising sales of products and increasing market share of these products.
  • Maintaining ongoing knowledge of the Respiratory disease therapy area, company products, and competitor activity.
  • Demonstrating strong 1:1 selling skills in accordance with client expectations.
  • Identifying and actioning new opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Analysing, planning, implementing, and reviewing Local Health Economy Plans to ensure highest ROI.
  • Developing key opinion leaders to positively influence Primary Care use of portfolio products within the Asthma therapy area.
Essential Skills:
  • Sales experience with results focus and initiative.
  • Presentation skills with strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing abilities.
  • Awareness of external competitive practices.
