Sales Manager for Medical Devices

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager for Medical Devices to join our team at Eurofins Biolab S.r.l. in Vimodrone, Italy.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Inside Sales and Commercial Operations teams, located in different countries, and will be in charge of:
- Defining and maintaining workflows related to the team to make them more efficient;
- Setting up and monitoring specific KPIs;
- Monitoring the right use of applications by their own team;
- Supporting the Sales and Business Development Director and Sales managers in the definition of commercial tools;
- Interfacing with Sales managers and other company functions to collect feedback and implement joint initiatives aimed at resolving any issues and continuously improving processes;
- Managing commercial systems used in the company (CRM, online results publication system, online ordering system);
- Taking complaints and coordinating their management with the relevant functions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Management Engineering, Bioengineering or similar;
- Experience with resource management and project management;
- Abilities with monitoring of KPIs and organizational skills;
- Abilities in interfacing with different stakeholders;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language;
- Customer orientation;
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills;
- Excellent strategic planning and ability to work independently.
