About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Medical Device Sales Representative to collaborate with our Vascular team and Regional Sales Manager in achieving commercial objectives for Central-East Italy. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and self-management skills, as well as a strong background in health sciences and medical device sales.


Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Developing as a professional account manager by acquiring working knowledge and selling techniques fundamentals.
  • Visiting customers and/or potential customers to promote products and services, achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Managing existing and acquiring new customers in the assigned territory under close supervision and guidance of the Manager.
  • Providing ongoing technical training and support to customers directly in the operating room.
  • Establishing business relationships with hospital management, purchasing department, and hospital staff.
  • Attending meetings, conferences, and exhibitions to promote Boston Scientific products and services.
  • Analyzing and reporting market and business feedback to the Manager and/or others.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Health Sciences academic studies background.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales.
  • Background in vascular products or clinical support.
  • Experience supporting procedures in the operating room.
  • Local customers and market knowledge.
  • Experience preparing tenders and relationship with purchase centers and other hospital stakeholders.
  • Motivation and positive attitude.
