Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Silla S.r.L. in Padua, Italy.

Key Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing new leads and communicating with customers to understand their needs
  • Identifying sales opportunities and closing deals to meet targets
  • Providing exceptional customer experience and building rapport with clients
  • Staying up-to-date with product and service information and updates
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma and a willingness to learn through on-the-job training
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Working knowledge of PC and/or Mac operating systems and Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with tech products is a plus, but not required.
