Within the assigned area, attracts new clients, wins new accounts, and maximizes profitability. The Sales Representative will work prospects through the entire sales cycle, including developing new leads and building long-term relationships. The Sales Representative works to provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

The Sales Representative also contributes to the active production of sales tools and cooperates with other departments in the Hyva organization to develop the marine product line and proper market communication.

The direct report to the global product manager cranes allows for quick communication on synergies within the Hyva group.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Carries out commercial activities focused on sales and customer acquisition on a specific Hyva product (range)

  • Takes care of existing customers and recruits new customers;
  • Visits customers on a recurring basis to take any initiative necessary to improve customer satisfaction and maximize Company profitability;
  • Makes price agreements and agreements on delivery and payment terms;
  • Cooperates with the sales force present in the Hyva group to enlarge the sales network.

Handles orders

  • Tunes and monitors the deliveries and supports customer service to provide relevant information to key customers;
  • Provides product and pricing information to key customers.

Informs and supports BU cranes organization

  • Assists with the preparation of the annual plan for the marketing area;
  • Gathers and records operating market information for the department;
  • Maintains records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts;
  • Monitors the Company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions;
  • Shares product info and customer demand with product manager, R&D, and Quality.

Informs the sales department of sales progress

  • Keeps informed of developments in the market and reports these to the direct report and BU leader.
