About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team at Redis Enterprise. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and developing sales pipeline opportunities in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and execute a sales strategy plan to drive revenue growth in your territory
  • Identify, qualify, and develop sales pipeline opportunities collaborating with internal teams
  • Closing business to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectives
  • BUILDING strong relationships with customers, delivering value they come to expect from us and from Redis
  • Work independently and with the whole team, up-selling and cross-selling
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience selling SaaS software technology to enterprise clients
  • A consultative and value-based approach to selling open source software for cloud, on-premise, and hybrid deployments
  • Domain expertise in the retail or finance (BFSI) or telco sectors
  • A deep understanding of the sales cycle, from lead generation, lead development, opportunity management, to closing
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present the business value of complex solutions in a simple and straightforward way
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving targets and objectives
  • Italian and English speaking
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum

This is an estimate based on industry standards and location considerations. The actual salary may vary depending on factors such as experience, performance, and company policies.
