Siamo alla ricerca di un Sales Enterprise appassionato di innovazione, con voglia di crescere in un contesto consolidato, riconosciuto sul mercato e in continua evoluzione. Il Gruppo Docplanner, in Italia rappresentato dai brand TuoTempo, MioDottore e GIPO , punta all’eccellenza nel settore SaaS per la sanità.

Responsabilità principali

  • Generazione di opportunità: tramite attività di prospecting, cold call e gestione dei lead.
  • Analisi delle esigenze: prequalificazione dei bisogni dei prospect.
  • Presentazioni efficaci: conduzione di demo coinvolgenti e mirate, presentazione di soluzioni tecniche e offerte commerciali.
  • Gestione relazioni: costruzione e mantenimento di rapporti strategici con decision maker, clienti e stakeholder di mercato.
  • Gestione clienti: monitoraggio dinamico del portafoglio assegnato.
  • Reportistica: aggiornamento costante del CRM aziendale con le informazioni raccolte.

Requisiti minimi

  • Esperienza consolidata nel settore sanitario.
  • Conoscenza delle dinamiche operative e normative del mercato sanitario.
  • 5-7 anni di esperienza nelle vendite strutturate e consulenziali di soluzioni SaaS.
  • Forte orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi e spiccate capacità relazionali.
  • Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte sul territorio assegnato.
  • Laurea o master in informatica, ingegneria, economia o settori affini.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
  • Esperienza con software SaaS Enterprise, CRM, ERP, sistemi ospedalieri, BI o altre soluzioni aziendali complesse.

  • Intervista tecnica e manageriale: confronto con l’Head of Sales e il Country Manager di TuoTempo.
  • Business Case: valutazione delle tue capacità strategiche e consulenziali.
  • Colloquio finale: incontro con il Global Managing Director (Country Manager Italia).
