Job Summary:

Enactor Ltd is seeking an ambitious and technically savvy Enterprise Sales Lead to spearhead the expansion of our Unified Commerce Platform in Europe, APAC, and the Americas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prosecuting complex sales campaigns, strategizing in-market activities, and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prosecution of Complex Sales Campaigns: Assist in developing and executing targeted sales strategies to secure deals with high-turnover retailers across multiple regions.
  • In-Market Activities: Leverage your entrepreneurial spirit to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, working closely with our marketing team to execute effective PR and events.
  • Lead Generation and Relationship-Building: Forge and maintain relationships with the retail community, partners, and existing customers to drive growth and expand Enactor's presence.
  • Sales Materials and Market Strategy: Collaborate with the Head of Sales to refine our sales materials, presentations, and best practices, ensuring we stay ahead in the market.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in Enterprise software sales, winning business, and bid management.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and resourcefulness to drive expansion in new markets.
  • Excellent market-building and lead generation skills.
  • The ability and desire to become a 'technically savvy' sales person in this digital age.
  • Ideal experience in eCommerce or the retail technology sector.
  • Presentation and professionalism, with confidence and skills to deal with decision-makers.
  • Excellent computer skills and attention to detail are essential, with a well-organized approach to work.
  • An outgoing personality with excellent verbal and written communication.

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus a performance-based bonus scheme. The successful candidate will also receive extensive training in our software and markets, with opportunities for international travel and career advancement.
