Global Sales Manager

Azienda del settore calzaturiero del nord Italia, ci ha incaricati di selezionare il/la Global Sales Manager E.M.E.A.
Dovrà mettere a punto ed attuare il piano di sviluppo di mercato per le regioni assegnate, raggiungendo il budget di vendita e gestendo i Sales Manager e gli Agenti. Parteciperà alle fiere di settore, collaborando strettamente con il Marketing.
Sarà responsabile dei volumi, dei ricavi e della redditività delle regioni di sua competenza, della gestione del team vendita e dello sviluppo commerciale con nuovi progetti elaborati in sinergia con la Direzione Prodotto, monitorandone lo stato di avanzamento. Produrrà report di vendita periodici e verificherà che gli strumenti e le attività di marketing siano conformi al piano approvato.
Il profilo ideale sarà dotato di capacità di problem solving, capacità analitica, di lavorare in Team e sarà disponibile alle trasferte anche frequenti.
