**About the Role**
As a Strategic Enterprise Relationship Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise clients in Italy. Your primary goal will be to understand their needs and industry trends to ensure client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Builds and nurtures strong relationships with assigned clients and establishes regular communication to understand their needs, concerns, and goals.
  • Develops a deep understanding of HPE's products and services to effectively address client challenges and propose suitable solutions.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to create strategic account plans that outline goals, objectives, and action steps to drive value to the clients.
  • Ensures client satisfaction by addressing their inquiries, identifying and resolving issues, and managing expectations.
  • Generates regular reports detailing account status, progress toward goals, and other relevant metrics.
  • Stays updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide clients with insights and suggestions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Recommended Bachelor's degree or Master in Business administration or similar field.
  • Typically has at least 5 years of work experience in Sales, preferably with experience in customer relationship management, account management, or similar responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

**Salary Information**

The estimated salary for this role is €65,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. This figure is based on national averages in Italy and may vary based on individual performance and qualifications.
