About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Mobility Solutions Sales Professional to join our team in Sulbiate, Italy.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and segmenting customers to structure an efficient sales plan aligned with our group strategy. They will also coordinate and manage all aspects of the EM customer relationship and engagement at all levels within assigned customers. Additionally, they will manage customers to exceed defined revenue goals as agreed with management, leverage existing sales channels to create brand awareness within the market, and promote the full portfolio of EM Pepperl+Fuchs products and solutions to maximise group sales with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and segment customers to structure an efficient sales plan aligned with our group strategy
  • Co-ordinate and manage all aspects of the EM customer relationship and engagement at all levels within assigned customers
  • Manage customers to exceed defined revenue goals as agreed with management
  • Leverage existing sales channels to create brand awareness within the market
  • Promote the full portfolio of EM Pepperl+Fuchs products and solutions to maximise group sales with existing customers

Requirements:

We are looking for a minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales position in one or more of the following areas: ATEX related product or application sales, end-user sales process management, telecommunications, or application integration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing key account relationships, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and fluency in English.

Salary: Based on industry standards, we estimate a salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
