About the Role

This is a pre-sales position within our Business Development Team. Our team is the first point of contact for many potential customers, and as a Sales Development Associate, you will be focused on setting up introductions with our ideal clients.

You will work closely with our Inside Sales Representatives and Field Sales Representatives in Italy, identifying new sales opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers.

As a self-starter, you will enjoy ongoing training, mentorship, career/life coaching, and guidance. This role is an excellent way to launch a career in cybersecurity/SaaS sales, and the skills you develop are transferable across various disciplines.

Responsibilities:
  • Qualify inbound leads and identify new sales opportunities
  • Book meetings and conduct outreach to potential clients
  • Lead generation and pipe development
  • Represent the product and build relationships with key decision-makers
  • Keep the database clean and manage tools effectively
  • Work with Marketing and Channel teams on ad hoc projects
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or business development in B2B/SaaS environments
  • A proven track record of consistent sales development performance
  • Creative, persistent, and effective outbound sales lead follow-up messaging
  • Excellent communication, discovery, and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking ability
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Outreach, and LinkedIn
Benefits:
