We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Salesperson to join our team at Advance Auto Parts. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $40,000 - $60,000 based on experience and location.

Job Description

This Salesperson position is responsible for providing excellent selling experiences for DIY customers visiting our stores or contacting us via phone. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions to meet their expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert knowledge of automotive products and services to customers
  • Achieving personal sales goals and contributing to store sales objectives
  • Offering DIY services such as battery installation, testing, and wiper blade installation
  • Maintaining high standards of store cleanliness and organization
  • Assisting with inventory management processes including truck put-away, shoot-outs, cycle counts, and backstock control

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
