We are seeking a skilled Client Advisor to join our dynamic team at POMELLATO EUROPA S.P.A. based in Fiumicino Airport.

Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying customer needs, and providing excellent and professional service throughout.

Key Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer service-focused environment with a genuine passion for luxury.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and customer-oriented skills.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and positive team-oriented approach.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, with additional language knowledge appreciated.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
