We are currently seeking an INSTALLATION FIELD SUPERVISOR to oversee our projects.
The responsibilities of the Signalling Installation Supervisor include:
- Preparing and overseeing the installation activities as outlined in the Project Installation Management Plan.
- Managing and organizing the installation team and subcontractors effectively.
- Planning and scheduling installation tasks in alignment with the transition from installation to testing and commissioning.
- Ensuring compliance with requirements during the interface of installation and construction activities.
- Upholding EHS standards.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Strong understanding of railway signaling systems and related technologies.
- Familiarity with construction methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities in field and executive scenarios.
- Knowledge of railway safety regulations, EHS compliance, and AZDP processes.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and travel for extended periods.
JOB LOCATION: Opportunities available in various sites. Candidates must be willing to travel and work in the field regularly.
