Drive Regional Business Performance and Market Development

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the growth and performance of Motion Services in Southern Europe, ensuring alignment with the division's objectives.

Your core responsibilities will encompass:

  • Strategizing and executing a business development plan that fosters profitable growth in the region.
  • Developing and managing the regional business performance and the line-of-sight co-ordination between Motion Services Division Management, front-, and backend units.
  • Providing input to the division on long-term performance plans.
  • Enhancing service sales and operational capabilities and resources to deliver exceptional results across the region.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Extensive experience working in or supporting a global service organization environment with front-end experience or equivalent.
  • A deep understanding of the drives and motors business, preferably with prior involvement in similar roles.
  • Superior communication and collaboration skills, tailored to cross-cultural environments.
  • Proven track record in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Ability to travel extensively, up to 50% of the time.
