Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise the organization of Commons Spaces and Services, including event planning and booking.
  • Assist with operational and commercial responsibility for the residence, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for tenants and visitors.
  • Respond to tenant queries and maintenance issues, ensuring prompt resolution and excellent customer service.
  • Conduct routine safety inspections and update the web-based safety management system.
  • Establish and develop working relationships with suppliers and contractors, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Manage records of maintenance requests and interventions, maintaining high standards of quality control.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in hospitality or equivalent experience required.
  • Three or more years in the hospitality industry with responsibility roles.
  • Strong leasing skills, tenancy management knowledge, and basic bookkeeping procedures.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work on shifts.
