Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Academic Partnerships Coordinator. The successful candidate will support the management of academic collaborations, including drafting contracts, setting up and leading kick-off meetings, and coordinating with supporting functions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage academic partnerships, including drafting contracts and setting up kick-off meetings
  • Engage and coordinate with supporting functions, such as preclinical leaders
  • Maintain collaborations over time, including participation in periodic meetings and updates to the core team and top management
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Biology/Biotechnology
  • Fluent English (both spoken and written)
  • Ability to search, review, and understand scientific literature
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office package and planning tools
