Our Business UnitChiesi Global Rare Diseases is a dedicated business unit focused on research, development, and commercialization of treatments and patient support services for rare and ultra-rare disorders. Our team is headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, and we partner with global leaders in scientific research, patient advocacy, and care.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support the Pipeline & Portfolio Leadership team in coordinating budget and resources management, opportunity evaluations, and due diligences. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical, communication, and planning skills, with a strong ability to work in a team environment.
Main Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage academic collaborations, including drafting contracts, setting up and leading kick-off meetings, and engaging supporting functions.
- Maintain collaborations over time, participating in periodic meetings and updating the core team and top management on progression.
- Support the Project Leader in managing the partnership and ensuring efficient coordination of activities.
- Master's degree in Biology/Biotechnology.
- Fluent English (both spoken and written). A study experience abroad is considered a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office package and planning tools (Microsoft Project or similar).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and planning skills.
