Contract Details: This position is a full-time, fixed-term engagement.

Location: Based in Genova.

Our headquarters in Genoa collaborate closely with our 11 centers across Italy and two international locations, promoting excellence in both fundamental and applied research across various disciplines, including neuroscience, robotics, and nanotechnology.

Your Role: The Innovation and Development Office, part of the Technology Transfer Directorate, is looking for two Junior Project Managers. These individuals will play a vital role in planning, managing, and executing activities essential for the successful delivery of the Robotics and AI project. This includes managing relationships with project partners and contributing to the creation of a dynamic ecosystem for companies, investors, and researchers in the field of Robotics and AI.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist the technology transfer center coordinator in developing project activities.
  • Support Principal Investigators and managers in coordinating the consortium, ensuring adherence to the work plan and monitoring deliverables.
  • Help design operational plans and tasks, ensuring alignment with the Technical Annex.
  • Monitor scientific, technical, and financial progress, proposing modifications as necessary to enhance project effectiveness.
  • Oversee communication and dissemination efforts, contributing to the development of informative materials for stakeholders.
  • Manage the exploitation plan and activities aimed at fostering an acceleration and incubation system.
  • Assist in drafting data management plans and supervising related activities.
  • Maintain relationships with all consortium members and stakeholders.
  • Collect, review, and submit technical and financial reports to the Funding Authority.
  • Prepare for meetings, including agenda setting and minute-taking, and monitor the implementation of decisions made.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in scientific disciplines, economics, management, or a related field.
  • Experience in economic-financial project planning.
  • Background in strategy consulting.
  • Experience in reporting and data analysis.
  • Collaborative approach with stakeholders.
  • Innovative mindset and creativity.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in an interdisciplinary environment.
  • Familiarity with standard IT software, including Word and Excel.
