We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Alpitronic Americas LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our IT services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and ensuring that our services meet their expectations.
- Service Delivery Oversight: Monitor and control the delivery of our IT services, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional service.
- Performance Management: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our IT services and identify areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve our IT service management processes to ensure that they are aligned with industry best practices and meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Compliance and Quality: Ensure that our IT services are delivered in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and service level agreements, and that they meet the required quality standards.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in IT service delivery management, with a leadership role in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: In-depth knowledge of service management best practices, solid analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, strong leadership and team management skills, and excellent communication skills.
- Language: Excellent knowledge of English, German, and Italian.
