About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Communications professional to lead our Healthcare Communications efforts in Italy. As a key member of our global Communications team, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our reputation footprint in Italy, while driving global communication strategies to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead Corporate and Healthcare communications in Italy, preserving and building the Company's reputation through proactive communication with targeted audiences.
  • Provide strategic counsel to the Managing Director and General Manager of the HC business in Italy, and lead the implementation of communication activities.
  • Extend awareness and reputation for key brands and new product launches through the development and implementation of a 'non-commercial' communications strategy.
  • Drive and sustain cultural change by partnering closely with leadership teams and employees.
  • Ensure the value of communications is measured, valued, and aligned with the needs of the business.
Requirements
  • 8-10+ years of Communications experience in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Substantial experience in healthcare communications, pharmaceutical product PR, disease awareness campaigns, including internal & external communications, channel management & digital channel management.
  • Substantial media relations experience both in general media and healthcare industry media, experience in Rx product launches will be viewed favorably.
  • Proven management and leadership skills, with the ability to organize and manage multiple projects in support of business/corporate objectives.
  • Ability to operate in a global and regional environment, translating global communications campaigns into local impactful initiatives.
