Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Bartender to join our team at a prestigious establishment within the Italian Hospitality Collection. This role is essential in delivering exceptional beverage service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a profound knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails, including their origins, flavors, and preparation techniques.
  • Provide recommendations and guidance to guests regarding beverage selections.
  • Ensure accurate preparation and presentation of drinks, maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Oversee the bar operations, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and delivering an outstanding guest experience.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the bar and kitchen, facilitating smooth communication.
  • Lead and mentor the bar team, conducting training sessions on beverage preparation and service excellence.
  • Manage stock levels and assist in inventory control, ensuring efficient bar operations.
  • Create an inviting atmosphere through exceptional service and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Must meet the legal age requirements for serving alcohol.
  • A personal license is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end hospitality environment.
  • Strong communication skills in both Italian and English.
  • A degree in Hotel Management or a related field is advantageous.
