At Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, we are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing memorable dining experiences for our guests.

About the Role

The Commis de Rang is responsible for providing expertly served beverages and dining experiences in our restaurants and bars. This includes anticipating guest needs, offering suggestions, and responding promptly to concerns and requests.

To be successful in this role, you must have an outgoing personality, a high level of knowledge about food and wine, and excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a luxury resort or hotel is considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Anticipate and meet guest needs, offering personalized recommendations and assistance.
  • Assist with clearing and resetting tables according to service standards.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of approximately 35,000-40,000 EUR per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide excellent training and development opportunities, complimentary dry cleaning for employee uniforms, and employee meals.

This position is casual/on call and based in Florence. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy at the time of application.
