Hamilton Court FX is a rapidly growing company in the FX sector, featured in The Sunday Times Virgin Atlantic Fast Track 100 for its sales growth. With a strong presence in the UK and Italy, we offer FX investment services and help companies manage their FX exposure.
About the RoleWe are seeking a sales professional with a passion for new business development, eager to learn and grow within FX sales. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a healthy dose of competitiveness. You will spend time on the phone and in face-to-face meetings, building relationships and closing deals with prospective clients.
As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for researching clients, making introductory calls, developing a sales pipeline, and closing new business. You will also develop internal relationships with our Dealing team and stay up-to-date with market structure changes and regulation.
Key Responsibilities- Research and understand client business and potential requirements
- Make introductory calls to new corporate clients
- Develop a sales pipeline and close new business
- Develop internal relationships with the Dealing team
- Stay aware of market movements and economic changes
- Meet weekly and monthly targets on call performance, quality, and sales
- Attend training sessions and team briefings
We are looking for a self-starter with 6-12 months of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a goal-oriented attitude. Fluency in Italian is a must.
