About the Role

The Bolton Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Generalist to join its team in Cermenate, Italy. As a Junior HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources Department with various tasks, including recruiting, onboarding, and training employees.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and select top talent for various positions within the company.
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Support the Industrial HR team with reporting activities and data analysis.
  • Contribute to internal communication activities and interact with internal stakeholders and business managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in humanities and/or business.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.
  • Solid knowledge of Office package.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
