Job Title : Junior HR Generalist

Department: Human Resources

Main Activities

Recruiting: job posting, CV screening, interview, feedback to the line;

On-boarding procedure for all new hires;

Organizing training programs (funded and non-funded): gathering training needs, working with internal and external providers, monitoring documentation, recording mandatory training, collect certifications, working with external entities for training funding;

Supporting the Industrial HR team with reporting activities on new hires, job rotations, vacancies using SAP Success Factors;

Involvement in internal communication activities;

Interaction with internal stakeholders and business managers to support them with Recruitment and Training processes

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in humanities and/or business; Master's degree in HR Management will be considered a plus; Experience in HR (even brief) will be considered a plus; Excellent knowledge of the English language; Solid knowledge of Office package; Teamwork, communication skills, clarity of exposition and interpersonal relationship management.

Location: Cermenate (CO)

Contract: we offer a 6-month internship, salary 900€, possibility of smart working, company canteen.
