Job Title: Junior HR Generalist

Department: Human Resources

Main Activities

• Recruiting: job posting, CV screening, interview, feedback to the line;
• On-boarding procedure for all new hires;
• Organizing training programs: gathering training needs, working with internal and external providers, monitoring documentation, recording mandatory training, collect certifications, working with external entities for training funding;
• Supporting the Industrial HR team with reporting activities on new hires, job rotations, vacancies using SAP Success Factors;
• Involvement in internal communication activities;
• Interaction with internal stakeholders and business managers to support them with Recruitment and Training processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in humanities and/or business;
• Master's degree in HR Management will be considered a plus;
• Experience in HR (even brief) will be considered a plus;
• Excellent knowledge of the English language;
• Solid knowledge of Office package;
• Teamwork, communication skills, clarity of exposition and interpersonal relationship management.

Location: Cermenate (CO)

Contract: 6-month internship, salary 900€, possibility of smart working, company canteen.
