Main Activities
- Recruiting: job posting, CV screening, interview, feedback to the line;
- On-boarding procedure for all new hires;
- Organizing training programs (funded and non-funded): gathering training needs, working with internal and external providers, monitoring documentation, recording mandatory training, collect certifications, working with external entities for training funding;
- Supporting the Industrial HR team with reporting activities on new hires, job rotations, vacancies using SAP Success Factors;
- Involvement in internal communication activities;
- Interaction with internal stakeholders and business managers to support them with Recruitment and Training processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in humanities and/or business;
- Master's degree in HR Management will be considered a plus;
- Experience in HR (even brief) will be considered a plus;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language;
- Solid knowledge of Office package;
- Teamwork, communication skills, clarity of exposition, and interpersonal relationship management.

We offer a 6-month internship, salary 900€, possibility of smart working, company canteen.
