Job Summary

As an SAP HCM PY Consultant, you will be integrated into the Application Management Services (AMS) department and work under the supervision of an AMS Cluster Lead. Your primary responsibility will be to support our outsourced clients in Latin America, specifically in Argentina, by delivering configuration/consulting payroll services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver configuration/consulting payroll services to Alight's clients in Latin America (SAP HCM Argentina).
  2. Provide application support consultancy through advice, guidance, and appropriate functional and technical activities.
  3. Identify, manage, and test SAP note applications. Open and manage customer messages to SAP to request help support and corrections.
  4. Manage reported incidents and perform functional analysis and guidance/coaching on the technical way to implement it.
  5. Generate easy-to-maintain error-free implementations and customizing respecting Alight best practices.
  6. Operate required system tests using either provided or self-generated test data to ensure the applications/developments meet the agreed specifications.
  7. Provide documentation (both technical and functional) on issues handled.
  8. Manage personal daily priorities and assigned tickets, ensuring deadlines are met. Regularly report on status and progress to the Application Maintenance Outsourcing (AMO) Team Manager.
Requirements
  1. Previous experience in SAP HCM application maintenance (configuration, maintenance, support).
  2. Payroll knowledge and experience from Argentina (legislation, compliance, tax, etc.).
  3. Verbal and written communication skills in English.
  4. Strong interest in delivering high-quality support in the field of Human Resources.
  5. Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability.
  6. Discretion and ability to respect the confidentiality of information.
  7. Flexibility to cover clients from Latin America (please consider the time zone).
