We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Wilhelmsen Ships Service. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales organization in the Area, ensuring the timely and accurate creation of business reviews and deal proposals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare Deal Proposals and Tender Documents: Develop and prepare high-quality deal proposals and tender documents in accordance with WSS sales governance.
  • Provide Sales and Customer Analysis: Conduct thorough sales and customer analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Monitor and Drive Improvement of Customer Data Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer data in the CRM system, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Assist in Enforcing Quality and Consistency: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure high levels of quality, accuracy, and consistency in sales planning, forecasting, and opportunity pipeline management.
  • Facilitate Successful Implementation of Sales Processes: Work with the sales team to implement sales processes and CRM usage, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
  • Register and Maintain Customer Data: Accurately register and maintain relevant customer data, including payer, vessel, and contract data.
  • Manage Customer Complaints and Non-Compliance: Manage customer complaints and non-compliance through the CRM/IP system, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Coordinate Sales Initiatives and Campaigns: Coordinate the implementation of sales initiatives and campaigns, working closely with the sales team to ensure successful execution.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree: Hold a Bachelor degree, preferably in sales, marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Administrative Experience: Possess a minimum of 2 years of administrative working experience.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate proven communication skills and a good command of the English language (verbal and written).
  • Administrative Skills: Possess strong administrative skills, including time management and prioritization.
  • Computer Literacy: Be computer literate and proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and Excel.
