About the Role

Pomellato is seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our HR team in Milan. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in improving employee performance and leadership, creating an engaging experience that attracts and retains top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development roadmap, including needs analysis, collective and individual plans, and session organization.
  • Act as a point of contact for managers, employees, and the HR team, providing guidance on best development solutions.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of the L&D process and offer improvements.
  • Facilitate local learning events and manage the training budget.
  • Lead the global tracking and recording of training courses data and data analysis.
  • Coordinate the completion of the Social Indicators report related to trainings.
  • Assess the impact of our service level and adjust when relevant.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of learning and development trends and solutions.
  • Benchmark activities to discover competitive advantages.

Requirements

  • Experience in a learning and people development role, preferably in a global company, within a regional or global headquarters.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Integrity, Openness, Emotional Intelligence.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Italian and English, French is a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for learning and development within the luxury goods industry.
  • Familiarity with e-learning tools and platforms is a plus.
